I have tried every single step to set up notifications correctly, I even chatted wit Fitbit support and I still can not receive text messages notifications. I do receive phone calls and WhatsApp notifications but not text messages. This is frustrating. Please help

Fitbit doesn’t even know what’s going on. I’m in the same boat and it’s brand new and hasn’t worked since day 1. It’s frustrating that they don’t provide any assistance or stand behind their products. They just want to give you the runaround and it’s completely unprofessional and frustrating to take advantage of people like this.
