How do I text on this where are all my text messages? Also when i get a text it doesn’t show up but when I get calls it does I’ve tried watching YouTube and I just can’t figure it out! Also I have a apple iPhone is that the issue?

@daniellegagne04 Thanks for the details provided. If you haven't done so, please give a try to the suggestions shared by @SunsetRunner so you can get the notifications working correctly.

 

Additionally, if you'd also like to respond to messages with your Fitbit device, let me explain this feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone can respond just to Fitbit app notifications such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. I'm sorry if this causes any inconvenience, and we'll keep working to improve our features and your experience with them.
