Hi, this is quite an old post and I'm wondering if there's a new way to directly report a bug?
I have contacted fitbit via chat about this and found the service quite frankly terrible. Did not even feel assured that they had reported my issue as a bug/glitch when it clearly is.

Hi @RachaelKay
I'm afraid nothing has changed since that 2016 post. Customer support do not monitor these forums and our only link to them is via the options at contact.fitbit.com

@RachaelKay I have a different opinion with respect to a bug report. If you are experiencing an iOS bug, then you search this forum to see if anyone else is having the same problem. If nothing is posted, start a new thread and describe the problem. These forums are moderated. A moderator can notify the engineers. Here’s a recent example. An iOS app update told users that Bluetooth wasn’t supported. A moderator was alerted and a new app update got released quickly.
Be aware that not all bug reports get the same attention.
