I have a new Versa 2 and my iPhone is completed up to date but I can’t get any text notifications. I have reset the Fitbit the iPhone. I have turned the Bluetooth off and on, I have turned notifications on and off. I have done almost everything everyone has suggested. Please help

First and Foremost congratulations on your new Versa 2. I see your having notifications issues and you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps to try and resolve this issue. Currently this is a known issue that Fitbit is aware of. Im sorry that the information in the thread I provided didn’t offer you any help. As I said it’s a known issue at this time. I have no further information I can provide. I did note on page 144 of the thread there is a post on that page from a user (dated 10-25-2019 at 09:35) that is discussing a factory reset. Maybe that might be interesting to look at.
