Uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app does not help

Hello @Peonea and welcome to the Community.  Here are the troubleshooting steps given by a moderator (very recent, so it is for the updated app).

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your phone
  2. Open the Fitbit app and force a manual sync
  3. Tap on the green + button and select Start exercise in the track live section
  4. You should get a prompt to enable location service
