The app has disappeared from my phone

tried rebooting it, turning it on and off, that didn’t work 

can uninstall the app, it’s not there 

works fine on the website, but it don’t really help I want the app on my screen

I'd suggest to download and reinstall the Fitbit app from the Apple App Store.
