😃I just downloaded the new 3.6.1 iOS Fitbit App which I assume includes the recent crash issue fix of the 3.6 update. I just wanted to pass on that the update is without issue for me. The app appears to be working great. Just passing this along for anyone who might be hesitating to download.

Thank you @RicardoFitbit
I personally have not had problems with my Fitbit Alta HR. I’m super pleased with my tracker that I’ve had for almost a year and a half. My post was my way of letting people know that I’ve downloaded the 3.6.1 update with out issue and encourage others to do the same as the update is great. 😉

Well, this did not work for me. The app still crashes. I loaded 3.6.1 and still the same as previous update.

Welcome aboard @jimlau, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Thanks for your post and the suggestions that were shared @SunsetRunner, the willingness to help is always appreciated here in the Community Forums.
@jimlau To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? Also, the Fitbit app crashes when you tap on an specific place or when you try to open the app itself? If you haven't already done so, please make sure that your mobile device is running the latest iOS version.
Keep me posted.
