Hello @Highspeedwobble

Have you tried turning off your Bluetooth then turning it back on? Please let me know if this solves your syncing issue.

Yes, even shut the phone off and restarted it. Turned on Wi-Fi, turn it off bunch of times. Still not working

Fitbit Update 9/20/2019: If the troubleshoot below does not resolve the issue, please try the following:

  1. On your iPhone's settings, tap on “Notifications”
  2. Tap on "Messages"
  3. Tap on “Show Previews”
  4. Choose “Always” or “Only when unlocked

it worked for me after I did it. I was going crazy lol

Then I’m thinking it might be a permission problem with iOS. Lets see if we can’t find a way around it. Since you had The Fitbit App already installed when you upgraded to the new iOS 13 let’s try deleting the Fitbit App completely (I promise you will not lose your data). After you completely uninstall the app, restart your phone then reinstall the Fitbit App from the App Store and log into your Fitbit as you normally would.....when it prompts you to pair yes.

please let me know if this resolves your issue

Hello again

@Roseithiermy understanding of your instructions are for notifications issue people are having with the iOS 13 and this is a WiFi/Bluetooth iOS 13 issue but it certainly wouldn’t hurt to try this suggestion as well @Highspeedwobble
