The app displays the menus incorrectly

Hello, Happy New Year. Another issue... The iOS app is displaying the menus on my profile half blank or discolored... It fixes only temporarily by me logging out and then back in. Strange, it didn’t do that before. I do have the latest iOS version on my phone. Although there is another update of the Fitbit app at the moment so I’ll see what happens after the update.

@WOLFMX   I am having the same issue starting today.  My "fix" seems to be temporary, too.  I force quit the app, then reopen it.

A user said that Fitbit app v3.14 is available.  My app is still v3.13.

We will have to wait and see how many other users are experiencing this.

Ok,  so I use an iphone, but also keep an android phone around.

Changes I make to the today screen on the android phone are reflected on the iphone. In order for this to happen it would seem that the settings/changes aren't saved on the phone, but rather on the fitbit server.

Oddly enough the change don't appear to affect the windows app or dashboard.

Is it possible that fitbit is just making changes on their side?

I'm still on app 3.12.1

Everything is OK now. After the app update I don’t have problems anymore. 🙂
