The app doesn't show I reached my Hourly activity goal

When my Alta gives a reminder to move, then tells me that I've reached my goal, it often doesnt show up in the app.
This only happens after I have had a reminder to move. Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bkolisnyk. It's great to have you here. I would recommend performing a restart to your Alta by following @wandamarie steps. Additionally, please make sure you've downloaded the latest Fitbit app version for your iOS device. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Hello, I have restarted my Alta twice and it has not resolved the problem. I do have the latest version of he app. It is getting quite frustrating as I am completing my hours but it does not show up in the app. I've contacted support and they suggested the same thing.

@Bkolisnyk If you haven't done it already please follow the set up process once again but this time select setting up as a replacement device. Whether this doesn't get you back on track, please be so kind to reach out the Support team. They will be happy to investigate your case and might provide further assistance as soon as possible.
