Hello everyone!

I would like to announce that the redesigned Fitbit app starts rolling out today! This new app will help you reach your goals, and bring the health and wellness information right on hand.

Check out our latest blog for how to get the most out of the new app.

Note: Please be patient if you don't see the update right away, as it will take some time to roll out completely.

Happy stepping!

It is frustrating. It was bad enough when I went to the screen where I get battery charge multiple times a day just to sync my tracker now at least when I go to that screen to sync my data I can also check to see that the battery charge is high, medium or low. so question to Fitbit moderators what is the percentage range for high? What is the percent range for medium and what is the percent range for low and at what percent does the email for low battery yet sent. This is something I think we would all love to know .

Be aware that at some point in time during 2025 Fitbit use will ONLY be
available from/via a Google account. Saw that somewhere online recently.
Seems they are, in fact, driving away customers.

I noticed that too.  Yet another change that is not for the better ! ! !

The new app is not syncing correctly with my Versa 3, and it stopped tracking my sleep.  The step count is all wrong in the app.  How can this be fixed, and what can I do?  I want my step count in the app to match what it says on my tracker, and I want to be able to see my sleep data again like I used to.  Please help.

Thank you.

Agreed the new app is much worse than the previous one in many many ways. In case it helps, all I have to do to see the charge percentage is swipe down on my Fitbit and it appears on the top of the screen.

Mine doesn't. Just says "notification center"...you're all caught up.

This redesigned app is dreadful. I am going to switch to Apple Watch because I dislike the new app so much, not a patch on the old one. It is so old fashioned and unhelpful. I hate having to use it. Has taken all of the enjoyment and ease out of having my Fitbit inspire. Was going to upgrade to new versa but won’t be doing that now. Thank goodness I didn’t waste my money.

Has anyone else seen this? Maybe they are actually starting to listen?

At last!!!  Hope on the horizon.

If they don’t start listening, they are going to lose all their customers. If they were smart, they would just chuck the new app and make all their customers happy again. Why fix something that pops wasn’t broke?

Thanks for sharing.   This is good news indeed.   It is good the community made some noise.

I have respectfully asked for the step streak to return.  Let’s hope it does!!!

The new Fitbit app sucks! I am so disappointed with it now. It’s not counting steps or energy or cowries or sleep any where near as well as it did in the old version. How do I revert back to the older version? Or I may have to go d a new fitness tracker.

Alllllmost gives me hope!
I really want the ability to export detailed daily data back too. That disappeared when you converted to a Google logon, way before the new app design.
