Tiles and actual not the same

Hi, the excersise target tile is only showing 4 of 5, as is the detail when you click on it, however when you go further in it shows I’ve done 5 days of my target excersise and all 5 days have a star so not sure why the two are not the same. Please help

Same thing is happening to me. And I have 32 minutes in the exercise today and only 5 active minutes showing. 😬
