I purchased an iPhone 11 with iOS 13. My fitbit app is working with current data, but it is not in sync with the dashboard history. My app does not show my 2 year history of sleep, weight, exercise, etc. I have deleted and reinstalled the fitbit app a couple of times, restarted my phone, turned wifi off and on. I cannot get the app to download the data from fitbit.com. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Hello @Lake_Side, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you're only able to see the Today's information that's synced with your account but none of the previous days? No information is displayed like the tiles are not updating the information or the app doesn't show anything? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:
- Logout from your account.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Make sure that you're running the latest Fitbit app version.
- Uninstall the app.
- Reboot your iPhone 11.
- Reinstall the app.
- Login using your credentials.
- Let me know if the issue persist.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
