Tiles not updating

None of the tiles (exercise, hourly steps, HR, sleep, period tracker) work. I touch/click on them and nothing. Same when I click on my total steps, active time. So basically nothing is working on my dashboard. Started today (3-3-20)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue gets rectified:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I did all those steps twice now. Still not working.

Thanks for troubleshooting this with me, seems odd that even after trying the steps from my previous post you're experiencing the same. To better assist you and to further investigate, can you please send me a screenshot of your Fitbit account dashboard showing the tiles that are not updating? You can refer to this post for step-by-step instructions of how to attach an image into your post.
