Tiles on Fitbit app revert to original position after editing

on the “today” tab when i try to remove stats they briefly appear removed only to reappear again a second later.

not being able to customise your stats without the edits immediately being undone is pretty frustrating.

any solutions to this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand your frustration and let's work on this together. As you may know, our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app. With this in mind, may I know if the issue persisted after installing this new version?

In case your answer is yes, I'd recommend these steps to get this sorted out:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
2. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
3. Try editing your tiles one more time and check if the changes are saved afterward
