Hello @teragiff, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure for me to welcome new members to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, have you tried to restart your Charge HR and your phone lately? If so, I would like to suggest you to check if you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around when syncing, as this might affect the connection between the tracker and your phone. If you have already checked this, my best recommendation would be enabling All-day Sync. This will establish a Bluetooth link with your phone, improving the syncing time, which will also correct the time on your tracker.

To enable All-day Sync:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account button on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap on Charge HR
  3. Scroll down until you see the All-day Sync option.
  4. Enable it, when a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
