Time zone keeps resetting

My Charge 2 keeps resetting to UHT time zone. I have tried Yukon time zone but it’s not correct and since the Yukon doesn’t change time I have to use Edmonton time  in the winter and Pacific in the summer but my app doesn’t like that and it goes back to UHT at least once a week. It has caused me trouble.

@LLFCC   Do you use an Android or iPhone?  You are describing an app issue not a Charge 2 issue.  Your post can get moved to a better fit forum, where you might get more help.

That being said, Fitbit hasn't done a good job of keeping up when countries/provinces change their standard time/DST policies.  Where exactly are you located?  Users like you must set their time zones and must keep the automatic time zone toggled to Off.  Are you doing this and is your automatic time zone toggling back on?

Thanks for your response. I’m using an iPhone, I do have the auto time zone set to off. I live in the Yukon and we don’t change time, we are always on Pacific Daylight time. In the summer I choose PDT but in winter I need to manually set it to  Mountain standard. Since the time change my app keeps resetting back an hour, almost every day. It’s frustrating.

@LLFCC  I moved your post to the iOS forum, since you use an iPhone.

I have one wild guess to try.  The phone app options list a city.  I think you can manually set the time zone by GMT +/- hours on your web dashboard settings.  Can you this and see if it helps.  If this doesn’t work, please contact Support for help.
