The time is reset whenever you sync. Is your fitbit syncing ok?
The other thing to check is your timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit
Best AnswerI have the same problem with my Charge HR ... ever since the Jan 9th iOS software update ... when I change timezones the automatic update does not work and my device (even after multiple attempts to reset) still shows the old timezone and not the new one I have travelled to.

Best AnswerSame here I am having the same issue. I travel between UK and Norway weekly. Up until the latest iOS update my Blaze has been updating quickly once I sync with my Mobile. but this last trip I am not able to get the time to sync. Everything else does, even changed the watch face and that immediately updated but Time will not sync.
