I traveled out-of-state for a week so my Charge HR changed to that time zone; however, now that I’m back to my original state it’s not changing back. When I try to sync it all it does is go around and around and around but doesn’t sync.

I live in the uk but my sons charge 2 thinks in LA, I’ve tried to re set the app back to uk but it just puts itself beck to LA. Help

Please note that your Fitbit device will always show the time that's currently displaying on your phone after the tracker or watch has synced on the new timezone. If your tracker or watch is not syncing correctly, please try the following:
