After setting up my watch with an iphone.

I noticed that my whats app message 'notifications' were not coming through to my watch.

After speaking to my friend who has a samsung hers is fine.

Why is this feature available samsung mobiles but not iphone?

I spoke to a technician who works for fitbit and she confirms this was the case.

Welcome to the Forums @Zoephilips1987.

Thanks for sharing your feedback and thoughts on the matter. I will be moving this thread to the iOs board as I think it is better suited for it.

It should be possible, depending on the Fitbit that you are using. What Fitbit are you using at the moment? You can click here to get more details on how to set them up.

Look forward to your reply.

Hello @Zoephilips1987.

Thanks for reaching back.

You should be able to set them up with your iPhone using the Ionic. Please try to follow these steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Turn each notification category on or off depending on your preferences.
  4. If your Fitbit device can receive notifications from other apps on your phone, tap App Notifications and make your choices. If an installed app is missing from the list, sync your device and then check again.
  5. Sync your device.

That should let you get the notifications from WA.

Let me know if there are any further questions.
