Hi just purchased the new charge 3 & everything was working ok. Suddenly the clock has decided to jump ahead a few hours, I’m in the U.K. but the charge 3 won’t deviate from Los Angeles time zone. Any help would be much appreciated

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Advanced Settings and under Time Zone, make sure "Set Automatically" is enabled. If it's currently enabled, disable it and manually select your timezone. Then, go back to the app Dashboard and sync your Charge 3. After that, go back to Account > Advanced Settings and enable "Set Automatically" again, make sure to sync your Charge 3 one more time afterwards.
