It was working fine. Suddenly sync stopped 1 week back.

I have switched off my phone. Restarted.

I made my phone to forget charge 2.

Now OE when I am trying to connect via Bluetooth it is not recognizing charge2.

I have already restarted charge2 5 times.

Help me!!

Hello @Itender, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums, for letting us know about this issue and for listing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please note that your Charge 2 does not pair nor sync through the Bluetooth settings on your phone, if it's not appearing on the list of paired devices is because the Charge 2 has not established a Bluetooth link with your phone. To enable this link please enable All-day Sync. Once you do, a pop-up will appear asking you to "pair" your phone with your tracker. Please enable it, this will establish the link and the Charge 2 will appear on the list of paired devices on your phone Bluetooth Settings.

To enable All-day Sync:

  1. In the Fitbit app go to Account > Charge 2
  2. Scroll down and enable All-day Sync.

Please note that it has been tested and confirmed that All-day Sync will not drain the battery on your tracker or your phone faster than usual.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
