Welcome aboard to our communty @2cuteshoes. I'm sorry you haven't received help from our support team. My recomendation here is try to set your timezone on your device in automatic.
1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Open the Settings app from your iPhone home screen.
4. Tap "General."
5. Tap "Date & Time."
6. Ensure that "Set Automatically" is ON.
7. Reopen the Fitbit app and go to "Account"
8. Then go for "Advanced Settings"
9. Turn the toggle on for Auto TIme zone.
10. After you have done this, force sync your tracker.
Keep me posted how it goes, see ya later. ![]()
