I originally tried to set up my fitbit charge on my iphone 4s. After attempting numerous times to set it up, I realized I my phone is not compatible. I then tried to set it up on my laptop. When I set it up and synced it, I realized after the fact that I fact fingered my email address. When I went to settings, it won't let me correct the email address because it says it's already set up on another fitbit. Which, I'm guessing that was one of the million times I tried to sync it to my iphone 4s. The problem is now I have it re-synced to the wrong email address. I tried uninstalling and re installing the software on my laptop, but it doesn't allow me to re sync it to the correct email address (apparently original account I tried to set up). Any suggestions?

Hello there @sydneybru, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm glad you have share with me the model of your iPhone. Note that your phone is comptible and here is a screenshot of the featuers available for your phone.
However, I recommend to contact customer support. They will be able to help you to established the correct email address of your Fitbit account.
