I FIXED MY FITBIT! I was experiencing the notification issue!!! Remove the Fitbit from your account completely, exit and shut down the app. Open the app and reconnect your Fitbit as if it was a new device!!!! I get notification vibrations for texts and everything!!!!

Do you have the Fitbit app running on a Samsung Note 10+...bc, that's the device many of us are experiencing issues on when it comes to not receiving our notifications. We used to receive our notifications, but then Samsung sent out an update. After the update, we're no longer receiving notifications. Thank you for sharing! 🙂

When you removed your fit bit from app, deleted app/reinstalled the app and added your fitbit back in - did you loose all your past data and activity??
