Hi, can anyone help

all the tiles in my Fitbit app are unresponsive- it’s updating/syncing fine as the step count is increasing, but if I click on water/sleep/exercise etc, nothing happens!

ive tried restarting the app, and shutting down/restarting my phone but I change.

Thanks!

Since taking an app update today (7th Feb) none of my additional features expand, so I cant see the details of my exercise, sleep, bpm, weight loss etc. This is very frustrating. The update was supposed to be a bug fix but has caused more problems than its solved.

Everything was working fine in the app and then all of a sudden this afternoon I am unable to add exercise using the + button, or open any expanded view/details of any of the sections below steps. I have checked for an update and have the latest. Force closing doesn't help. Can anybody help?

Cannot see any history, start tracking exercises, log water, etc.  none of the “plus” icon will do anything. Started after updating to IOS 13.3.1

Hi @RosieB17@JilliW@marshmallowhobo and @SharonAlmy. Welcome! It's great to see new faces around and I'm sorry for the delayed response. I've moved your posts to this thread so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.

Thanks for letting me know that the tiles on the Fitbit app don't respond when tapping on them, as well for the steps that you've tried on your own. This shouldn't be happening and if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version, please give a try to the following steps one more time:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Try logging your data or expand the view to see your details.

If the same keeps happening, please provide me with your phone's model. @RosieB17, @JilliW and @marshmallowhobo, also let me know the iOS version running on your phone.

I tried all the steps per your instruction, it has given me more headache than before. After going through all the steps, I’m unable to log in back again. The FitBit app keeps saying that I don’t have a wifi access where in actual fact I do. In fact, I’m sending this message in this forum using the same wifi access point at home.

iPhone 6s has been updated and Fitbit app has been updated. Tiles will not work.

The today tiles stopped working for me after the Fitbit app update. I’m on IOS 13.3. I followed the moderator advice on this thread to log out etc and that resolved the issue. Relieved.

I noticed that a GPS map feature was added when I opened the Fitbit app on my iPhone this morning. Also today when I tap on the titles to see my sleep, heart rate etc nothing happens. The screen is unresponsive. My Fitbit Ionic is fully charged and has synced and todays data seems correct.

I have never had this experience on the iPhone app. Could the GPS update be the culprit?

I was able to solve this by deleting the Fitbit app and reinstalling it. Bingo! It worked.

The same thing happened to me a couple of times.  What seemed to help was to log out, then log back in again.  Powering down the phone didn’t help, force shutting the app did nothing, it was logging out of my Fitbit acct that fixed it. Of course, that doesn’t address what caused the problem in the first place.

I don't think I tried that! But will if this happens again.
