Starting in Feb I am having the same problem as scores of others. Have NOT seen a solution listed anywhere. I got the data in Health metrics for months and now it has stopped. Using IPhone 11, 14.4 and App version 3.36. (Someone said use 3.37 but my App claims it is up to date and won’t update when I check)

Has Fitbit figured out why this is happening across the various models and how to resolve it?

As it was working for you with 3.36 that's not the issue.

Check you have the SpO2 Tracker app installed in Apps, and that it has all the permissions.

The check for update doesn't tell you when there is an new version available most of the time.

Hi @Adroblaw I've moved your iOS question out of Sense Hardware support and into iOS support
