Versa gets a bunch of notifications after iPhone restart

Each time i force restart iphone xr i get a bunch of notifications all at once!!....like they were all in a buffer and they all show up at once on my versa ...they are notifications that ive already received but they all come back in a bunch all at once ???

That is exactly what is happening @Upsfrank 

Maybe the Bluetooth driver stopped responding, maybe it was something else that got locked up. A restart fixed the problems allowing the buffer to be sent. 

 

I also moved your iOS question to the iOS board.
