Total steps not syncing in Leaderboard.

Ever since I performed the lastest Fitbit update on my iPhone 8 Plus (version 12.1.4 of iOS), my total steps are not always being updated / synced on the "Community" tab of the app.  Even if I shut my phone off and then go back into the Fitbit app, it doesn't always update the steps.  The steps on my Dashboard are always correct, but Community tab steps are not updating correctly / every time. 

 

Then as soon as I exit the app, I get a reminder to go into the app to sync, which it totally annoying, and doesn't correct the issue either.

This issue has been resolved.  Steps within the Dashboard, within my Step Count, and on the Leaderboard are now consistently in sync.
