Hi there @kmendenhall11, if you are using Mobile Track as @Kmransom123 mentioned before, then make sure is properly enable. I would suggest to set up again this feature to make sure everything is working fine, since despite has been there some issues with the new version of iOS firmware, this option has not changed in the way it works.

Please use this post as a reference to set up again the MobileTrack feature. Once you have enable it again, your step count should appear.

I noticed this too... would love to know how to get it back on the dashboard.  I am using the free app on my iPhone and all version are up to date.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have gone to edit dashboard but the steps tile is just not there.  Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Hi there @Jessica42997 and @kmendenhall11, welcome aboard to our Community.

@Jessica42997, are you referring to the SmartTrack feature? Also let me know how you are tracking your steps or what type of tracker you have. so I can provided you more details.

@kmendenhall11, Usually when you are not able to see the your Step Tile and is not hidden under the Edit option of your Dashboard. Most likely there is not a a tracker paired on your account. So I recommend to review this to start addressing this issue.

So make sure to do the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
  4. Once you have set up your tracker again, the stat options will appear again.

I'll be around so let me know how it goes and if you need more help.

@RobertoME - I have not ever had a device outside of my iPhone.  I used to be able to take my phone with me and my steps were tracked with just the app - just like when it tracks my exercise.  Is that no longer an option without purchasing an external device ?

Are you referring to Mobil Track?  If so, make sure you are running the latest version of the IOS app as this was an issue that was corrected.

Maybe that will help~
