Hi!

is it possible to retrieve all my steps data from Health App into Fitbit?

I don’t see any record before 16th of May… is this a sync issue? Not sure if I have downloaded the app on the 16th.. is this possible to fix?

Hello @Nanart and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I misunderstand what you wrote.  I can see from your public profile that you are a new user.  If you tap on your profile picture in the upper left, then your name (at the top), then personal, your will see the date you joined.  You can't add any data from another source to an earlier date.  It is a real quirk that you can go back in time and see a calorie burn before you joined, but it has been this way since the beginning.
