Track sleep manually?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I used to have a Flex hooked up to my iPhone.. but I uh, misplaced it.
With it connected, I had the ability to track Sleep, but now that the Flex is unpaired, the tile is gone (and cannot be re-added).  The dashboard on the web says that my device doesn't support Sleep tracking.

Is there a way to manually record Sleep in the iOS app &/or dashboard?  I would like it all in one place (fitbit)...

Hello @Clutch127, thanks for joining us, it's great to see new faces around. Smiley Happy

Currently, it's not possible to log sleep on your account unless you have paired a tracker that supports this feature (every tracker except for the Zip), which is why you're getting that specific message on the online Dashboard.

I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this situation has caused you, if you need anything else feel free to reply, I'll be happy to help.
