Tracked exercise not showing heart rate

I updated my app this morning and I went for a walk and used the track exercise. I have an Alta HR, however, the heart rate dies not show in the tracked exercise. This is why I have the HR. This has been an issue for over a month, has been on this forum for over a month and still no answers.

Absolutely bad service from fitbit. I think this is the final straw, time to find a different device.

FitBit... it’s been almost one year since this post and the issue is still not resolved... not even a peep from you. My end is all up to date. Your app is broke! Fix it!
