Tracker doesn't finish syncing on new iOS 11.0.2 iPhone 5S

I just got a Fitbit update. It is beginning to read my fitbit but never finishes syncing. It seems to be stuck half the way. Prior to the update, it wasn't reading fitbit. IOS 5S 11.0.2

Hello @Budinski, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

Have you restarted your tracker and your phone lately? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently as well? We have just released a new version (2.41.1). If you have I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
  3. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the syncing process.

If your tracker is still not syncing my best recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your phone and the tracker.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I had to delete the app (2.41.1) and reinstall it. Then log in and connect it just as it was when it was new. I am back up and running. I believe it was corrupted. After all, it's nothing more than a computer!: I can't get no respect!I can't get no respect!

I had to uninstall the app today because it wouldn't sync again. Reinstalled it and went through the procedure of logging in and finding the fitbit while it was plugged in and charging . It started syncing again. I can't get no respect!

I am having the very same issues with my Charge2. I however did my restart before reading how to do it correctly. I didn’t plug it in. I then went to the IOS app, did the “forget this device”, reconnected and synced. Other than losing all of my stats it worked, for about 5 days and now I am experiencing the no syncing to my mobile device plus not tracking my steps. I did restart the correct way and my  Charge2 is now counting my steps but still not syncing. It gets about one-third complete and stops.
