I'm an existing user with no issues until it stopped syncing on a plane ride on the 7-21. I have followed all the troubleshooting advice. Tried it from two different iPhones and an iPad. tried uninstalling a reinstalling the app...cannot get past the I agree setting...once it ask for a code but none was on phone.

So sorry you're having such problems, @SASDancer. It sounds like you've done some good trouble shooting but have you tried restarting your Fitbit device? This can fix a myriad of problems. Tap Here for instructions, then scroll down to select your specific device. Restart your device two or three times. Please let us know if this does the trick.

Hello @SASDancer, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around too @SunsetRunner.
@SASDancer, Fitbit trackers do not turn off, if you have followed the instructions in how to reset yours, you will be able to see the Fitbit logo and a version number, this will indicate that your tracker has been reset. If after resetting it your tracker is still not syncing correctly, please try the following:
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the syncing process.
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal
In case you tracker is still not syncing, let's try to add it as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
