Tracker not syncing with iOS app.

My FitBit is reading working, as I have charged it, and when the App opens, it states is 1/2 charged, needing charged. It worked great until April 19th. I had not synced, however charged. I tap it, and all lights light up, with the one blinking. I can place it in sleep mode. However, it will not sync with the App. I've worked through all the suggestions. Bluetooth, FitBit app deleted and added back. Still no syncing available. Anything else to offer?

Hello @MichelleRalls, welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's nice to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Have you restarted your tracker and phone lately? If your tracker is not syncing correctly after having restarted it and resetting your phone, please try the following:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  2. Restart your tracker once again, only this time leave it plugged in.
  3. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process.

In case those steps don't do the trick, let's try to set up your tracker as a new device in order to reset the connection between the tracker and the phone. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information already stored in your account.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  • When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
