Tracker's information not resetting at midnight.

I have a Charge 2 HR. The following has happened twice:  I have gone to bed wearing my Fit Bit and in the morning the tracked activities, for example steps and flights, have not zeroed out but have carried over from the prior day. Is there any way to manually change these figures or prevent the problem?

If the information from your tracker is carrying from the previous day, my best recommendation is to restart your tracker. This will prevent this situation from happening again. 

 

However, in case your Charge 2 does not reset at midnight once again, please let me know so I can check this further. If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply Smiley Wink
