Has anyone have their Fitbit tracking time while not being worn or while being charged as sleep instead? My stats for sleep are inaccurate now

Hi @Bakernutrition and welcome to the forums. Which Fitbit device do you have? And what exactly do you mean by tracking time? If you have one of the watch devices, they keep track of time in order to display the correct time when you flick your wrist.

Oh my! That’s not good, @Bakernutrition! Try restarting your Alta HR. (Instructions are here.) Do it 2 or 3 times. You should see the Fitbit logo and feel the tracker vibrate. This means the tracker has restarted.
If this does not work, contact Support.
