Hi @Bakernutrition and welcome to the forums. Which Fitbit device do you have? And what exactly do you mean by tracking time? If you have one of the watch devices, they keep track of time in order to display the correct time when you flick your wrist.

Best AnswerOh my! That’s not good, @Bakernutrition! Try restarting your Alta HR. (Instructions are here.) Do it 2 or 3 times. You should see the Fitbit logo and feel the tracker vibrate. This means the tracker has restarted.
