Hi @Dove16 very welcome to the Community! Your tracker will reset each night at midnight, and all of your data will reset to zero. Your minute-to-minute data will be stored in your tracker for up to 7 days without syncing. A daily summary of your activity will be stored for up to 30 days. However, let me know if you are logging activities, because the data for that activity is going to be taken from your daily total, in order to give you the specific information for your workouts. I recommend test your step counting. So, do not log any activity for one day.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around!

Hi @Dove16,
It sounds like your steps aren't updating on your dashboard because you haven't synced your tracker. If you are having trouble syncing, I'd recommend:
1. Restarting your tracker.
2. Rebooting your iOS device.
3. Turn off your iOS device's Bluetooth for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should help you out, but please keep me posted!
