I just upgraded my iPhone 8+ to an iPhone XR and have a charge 3. Even though I signed in using the same account on my XR and I setup my fitbit to it none of my old data is showing. No steps, sleeping, exercise, or anything.

@CaraWhite It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my response.

 

Let me help you with your missing data. Do you still have the old phone with you? If this is correct can you access your Fitbit app and see if it displays your historical data? Could you share screenshots? What process did you follow to setup your Charge 3 on your new phone (please provide the steps you followed)?

I do have the phone but the screen doesn’t work.
