Treadmill and Quibii

I’ve got 2 questions here.

When I use the treadmill my watch and the mill don’t read the same at all.  The only thing accurate is the time spent on it.  But the mileage usually varies by at least 2 miles.  Any tips and tricks on that?

Also I recently got a Quibii but didn’t get the version that automatically talks to my watch.  How does one accurately input that?

Thanks!

For the treadmill, if you are holding hand rail with Fitbit wrist preventing that arm from swinging, steps might not be detected, causing mileage to be calculated too low.  But if your tracker has heart rated detection, calorie burn will still be right.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
