I've had the same One and the same iPhone for about six months with no problems and suddenly they stopped working together on Thursday. I thought it was my phone's Bluetooth for awhile so I futzed with that re-booted the phone but now have successfully tested that the Bluetooth is working fine. For the One, I tried deleting the Fitbit app, the reinstalled, and now when I try to connect the device to the app it can't find it. The device turns on, it has my steps logged from minutes ago, so it is working fine, but the phone doesn't recognize it - any ideas?

Same issue with me, so called help line. He had me plug Fitbit charger into a different USB port and it immediately updated the Fitbit one. If that doesn't work for you call 877 623-4997
