fitbit language is in french

Hello,

 

I just buyed a fitbit... now the app language is in french.... i tried in adv.. settings, but when i try to change the country notting happens... only with spanish and germany... When i choose dutch (english) notting happens... What to do....

Hi @nell96. Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Let's see if Ican help you resolve the language problem. Here is a link to the Help page. 

 

Here is what it says to do:

 

CHANGING YOUR TRACKER LANGUAGE

Your tracker must use the same language as the language you use for your Fitbit account.

 

To change the language on your tracker:

  - In the Fitbit app, find Advanced Settings and turn off Automatic for locale/time zone detection.
  -  Choose your country and then sync your tracker.
  -  Follow the instructions to update your tracker to use the language you selected.
