I am recently having trouble pairing and synching my Charge 2 with my iPhone X. It initially worked fine, but not now. A customer service representative told me today that the current app is known by Fitbit to exhibit this working and then failing characteristic. She said that Fitbit was aware and working on fixing the app. I see that there hasn't been an update release since the introduction of the iPhone X.
Do any of the moderators have news of an app update?

@oldpal Are you seeing any error messages when trying to pair your tracker? Also the there was another iOS app update today, 2.44.2, you should try updating your app and pairing the tracker again.
