It seems as though my Fitbit and app have been on the fritz since the update from last week. When I tap on my app on my apple phone, the app opens until its starts to try to sync to my Fitbit versa, then the app is exited without my say so. After several attempts to open my app it will open but fails to sync. It hasn’t been the same the last few days. Please help...😢

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To help you with your inquiries, could you please confirm if your Fitbit app crashes after opening it? If that's correct, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version in your phone. Then force stop the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and check your details.
Since you also mentioned that your Versa fails to sync, may I know if you received an error message on the Fitbit app? If you've not done so, try the troubleshooting steps described in this help article to get your watch connected to the Fitbit app.
