Trouble with initial setup

Just received my Fitbit and it came with screen showing 135💟, downloaded the app and it said it found my device but when I try to "turn on" the Fitbit it does not give a 4 digit code to activate.

Is it a Charge HR?

 

If so, have you removed the sticker from the screen?

@RNTEACH I'd recommend using the replacement setup process mentioned here to add your Charge HR to your already-existing Fitbit account.

Embarrassed to say my friend at work immediately removed the sticker and it
was like manna from heaven. All is working great now. Thanks for
responding.
