I am trying to connect my Fitbit to the app but no matter what I try it won’t work. Was fine yesterday but this morning it won’t sync so trying to re connect it. It’s saying ‘we found your tracker’ and then it’s saying connecting to tracker but it won’t go any further. I’ve turned blue tooth on and off. Device on and off and uninstalled the app and re installed. Nothing is working?

Hello @helsbells666
make sure your Bluetooth is correctly connected to your Fitbit app since the new iOS update is tricker by doing this:
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth.
- You should see a list of every app that requested Bluetooth access on your device.
- Turn the switch on or off for each device.
