Trying to set up ChargeHr cant get past first question

I'm trying to set up my charge hr so i chose join fitbit and it wont let me choose which device im setting up. My wifi and bluetooth is working fine. It just shows the loading sign. I've closed and reopened the app and restarted my ipad. I dont know how to fix it..

Let me help you out, what iPad do you have? you can check this list of compatible devices, if yours is compatible take a screenshot of the screen you got stuck so I can further investigate.
