Unable to Charge 2 with iPhone 7 plus

Hello,

I have installed the Fitbit app on my Apple iPhone 7 plus but am now unable to pair the Charge 2 with the phone. I cant see any links or icons on the Fitbit app that initiates the pairing process.

Any thoughts/suggestions on what the problem is and how to resolve it. Tx

Hi @rbcap and welcome to the forums! To connect your Charge 2 to your iPhone, make sure your iPhone and your Charge 2 are fully charged, then open the Fitbit app on your iPhone, tap Account at the top, left corner —> Set Up Device. Follow directions from there.

Your not trying to pair the tracker to the phone. Your setting up the tracker to your Fitbit account. Once setup, the Fitbit app will pair the tracker to the phone.
