Unable to Join Challenges

I was invited to a challenge. I clicked accept, and a a window come up that says "you can only be in 5 challenges at a time." I have no completed challenges displayed, and I am only in two other challenges, not five. Why is it doing this?

Moved this thread from the Flex to the iOS section since more relevant to the topic & increase the chance of getting a solution.

Make sure the latest Fitbit App for the phone is installed, optionally feel free to logout / login to the app..

It's nice to see our Community is growing @Danielle0550! Thanks for stopping by! I totally agree with @SunsetRunner's post regarding your iOS Fitbit App needs to be updated to the latest version. Also, you can read more updates regarding this issue in this post.
